With an emphasis on mindful movement, Bonnie believes that yoga is awareness that we not only build on the mat, but carry with us. She loves to practice and teach yoga by building mobility, stability, and strength. She believes that if you come as you are, all the physical work fuels you to live your most awake life.

When not on the mat Bonnie enjoys hiking, climbing, lifting weights, eating lots of greens, taking care of her 250+ plants, listening to live music, dancing and adventuring with her three kids.
