in Portland, OR that specializes in unique, innovative menus of slow smoked barbecue meats and fish paired with seasonal pickled and fermented vegetables. We cook globally but source locally, drawing inspiration from around the world while taking full advantage of the incredible seasonal bounty of Oregon and the Pacific NW.
