In 2007 we have an amazing array of artists from the East Coast (New York to North Carolina)..all of which we are quite pleased with.

Looking forward to having Chatham County Line grace the stages in 2007 with what I would like to consider some of the most original bluegrass coming out of the South East. (heck, they’re HUGE in Norway!…Gold records even).

This is a young group that has done a fine job of making their sound original, and keeping their content rich and steeped in this long-lived tradition, creating a sound that resides just beyond the immediate reach of Bluegrass and Country as it use to be. The bands primary songwriter, Dave Wilson has kept at the pen, producing the bulk of three Yep Rock releases since 2003 – Speed of the Whippoorwill being the latest in 2006.

We will see them on Friday in the barn…and Saturday on the mainstage ….a definite “don’t miss”….and remember, HUGE in Norway.
