March was a quick one and a lot has happened this past month, with that comes the announcement of who ended up winning the our first Ticket Raffle of 2009 (oh yeah there will be more!). All of those details about this first raffle are here. Thanks to everyone that have purchased tickets prior to April 1, and also everyone who shared their tales in the comments, everyone who commented ended up being able to take home something special from the Pickathon.
Our raffle winners are Jeff Skoke, Holly Wilklis, and Wade Freitag. Congratulations folks! It really is a lot of fun for us to be able to give things away, and judging from the responses we received when notifying the winners…you too enjoy having things given away. A festival is nothing without its fans and supporting community. We appreciate all of you.
Car Camping is Sold Out! If you missed that boat, you better plan on tent camping in the woods, which is of course just as great but of a different type of convenience. To recap there with the ticket situation so far for 2009 Pickathon: RV and Car Camping is officially sold out. Early Bird Weekend Tickets are getting thin in quantity. Once sold out of Early Birds we will be selling weekend tickets at the Pre-Gate price of $120. Single Day tickets will be available at that time as well, and there will also be a complete schedule to go along with the day tickets. There are just so many choices over the weekend, likely it is best to get fully immersed and stay the entire weekend.
