It’s here! The month of July that we’ve all been waiting for…finally! With July now underway and Summer in full swing, we’ve officially entered the eye of the storm. In less than two weeks the setup for this years Pickathon gets underway and we simply cannot wait to get started!
Tickets are currently available at the Pickathon website, and we suggest you buy prior to the festival in order to save a little cash on each ticket, as the prices will go up slightly once at the gate.
The ability to order tickets online will only be available until Wednesday, July 31st at Midnight, after that – all remaining Weekend and Single Day tickets will be available at the gate for walk-up purchases.

Look At The Beer, Cider, And Mixed Drinks That Will Be At Pickathon!
With the recent temps nearing 100 in the Northwest, it has certainly made us quite thirsty here at the Pickathon HQ. So much so that we’ve decided to give a sneak-peek at the Beer, Cider, and Mixed Drink offerings that you can expect to see at Pickathon 2013.
The Mountain View Garden:
This year the Mountain View Garden will be hosted by Full Sail Brewing (Hood River, Ore.) and their way-to-easy-to-drink Session Lagers. This will be the first summer that Session Lagers will be on-tap, so make sure to get them while you can! On top of this, we’ll have a rotating mini- Oregon Beer fest that will feature choice brews from around the state: Ninkasi (Eugene, Ore), GoodLife (Bend, Ore), Three Creeks (Sisters, Ore), Fort George (Astoria, Ore), and Hopworks Urban Brewery (Portland, Ore).
The Woods Garden:
Once again in 2013 we’ll have the amazing crew at Hopworks Urban Brewery (Portland, Ore.) contributing to the awesome Woods Garden vibes. Keep an eye out for their elusive Caleb Klauder Kolsch, and possibly a return of the Hopworks Pickathon IPA. And… on top of this, we will feature the rotating mini- Oregon Beer fest with selections from around the state: Ninkasi (Eugene, Ore), GoodLife (Bend, Ore), Three Creeks (Sisters, Ore), Fort George (Astoria, Ore), and Full Sail (Hood River, Ore). Woods Stage Yum!
The Galaxy Barn Garden:
Another new addition this year, we’re pleased to welcome Fort George Brewery (Astoria, Ore) to Pickathon 2013 and the Galaxy Barn Garden! Serving a wide selection of their favorite beers from the Fort George Public House in Astoria, including a limited release of the special Pickathon Pale Ale. Plus, the Galaxy Barn Garden will feature the rotating mini- Oregon Beer fest that includes a few of our favorite breweries from around the state: Ninkasi (Eugene, Ore), GoodLife (Bend, Ore), Three Creeks (Sisters, Ore), Full Sail (Hood River, Ore), and Hopworks Urban Brewery (Portland, Ore).
Wandering Aengus Ciderworks:
Featured in all three gardens we will once again have a few different selections of Anthem Cider brought out by Wandering Aengus Ciderworks (Salem, Ore). In each garden there will two different ciders on tap, one of which will be a very special one-off cider created exclusively for Pickathon!
House Spirits Distillery:
New in 2013, Pickathon has partnered with our favorite local liquor artisans, House Spirits Distillery (Portland, Ore), to offer a selection of mixed drinks. The drinks will be unique to the way House Spirits makes ’em and at this time we can safely say that you’ll likely fall in love with the Bloody Mary’s… What could be better than waking up and getting yourself straitened out for the long day ahead? Not much!
And that’s not all! Stay tuned as the complete Beverage and Food Menus will be posted early next week, giving us all the glorious details of what types of food, brews, ciders, and mixed drinks you will find at this years Pickathon. The food vendor list is over-the-top-amazing and it will surely make your mouth water…
