Last Friday, Mount Moriah debuted their third album How to Dance off of Merge Records.  Many of the tracks hint to vocalist/guitarist, Heather McEntire, coming out of her depression. However, there are other notes of being an outcast and misunderstood.  There are also influences of mythology and metaphysics since the band spent some time going to lectures on abstract ideas.
