Here is a quick rundown of what we feel you should know before arriving at Pendarvis Farm for Pickathon 2016.

We first suggest pulling up a copy of the Pickathon 2015 Map, as this will help you familiarize with what the Pendarvis Farm layout looks like. This will also give you an idea of what amenities we have to offer at the festival including showers, wellness & medical locations, food carts, beverage gardens, free drinking water spigots, dish return & washing stations, ADA camping, camp host and camp host gear drop off locations, port-o-potties, ATM, artist & festival merchandise, and locations of available camping options .
When you arrive at Pickathon and intend on tent camping in the woods, you will first want to check in with our Camp Host to get info on prospective campsite locations as well as your spot in the gear shuttle line.

Once you have an idea of the general area where you want to camp, we suggest having one person scout and the other manage the gear drop off & pick up (if coming solo, well, you’re on your own for that one…).

The terrain is generally sloped and often it takes a bit of exploration to find the perfect site, especially as it gets later into the weekend. Generally speaking, those with smaller tents have an easier time finding adequate nooks, so maybe if you are a larger group or family, think about tent size and options that could help you best fit.

It is no secret that not all campsites at Pickathon are created equal, but we do work very hard to make sure that everyone with a weekend ticket can find a decent place to pitch their tent. Being neighborly and mindful of your footprint goes a very long way.

Arriving on Thursday is always going to provide the most ideal camping locations. (Thursday Entry Tickets can be found here)

Tent Camping in the woods at Pendarvis Farm is included with every Weekend Ticket to Pickathon 2016.

Camping at Pendarvis is not an option for Single Day ticket holders.

Quiet Camping Zone is for those needing silence between the hours of 11:00pm to 9:00am. (we fully acknowledge that this is a music festival and having a truly ‘quiet’ zone is not going to be easy to find)

Family Camping Zone is encouraged for sole use by families with kids under 12.

Rental & Setup Campsite Package (The only reserved camping space option at Pickathon 2016) Have a camp site and camping gear set up, ready and waiting, before you arrive! This rental package includes a 2-person Poler tent, 2 Poler “Napsack” sleeping bags, 2 Therm-a-rest camping pads and 2 Therm-a-rest camp pillows. These camp packages will be fully set up in pre-designated area within the festival grounds. Once you arrive at Pickathon you will check in at our camp host station and someone will direct you to your camp site. This rental package does not include admission to the festival or parking. Those items must be purchased separately.

Car Camping (Sold Out) For vehicles that are less than 18 feet in length and will be camped inside of “the festival grounds” during the entire Pickathon weekend. These spaces are the only vehicles allowed in the Car Camping Lot area and come with (2) additional Tent Tags. Campsites will be pre-marked out; the total footprint size for car camping sites will be 250-300 sq ft. The Car Camping Lot Weekend Parking pass must accompany Pickathon Weekend Tickets..

RV Parking (Sold Out) Weekend Parking for RVs, Pop-Ups, Trailers etc. This is a space that is allowed to be up to 30 feet long and 15 feet wide. It is  a primitive parking space without hook ups. RV Weekend Parking passes can only be used by Pickathon attendees who purchase a separate Pickathon Weekend admission ticket.
