Ben Dyer, co-owner and a native to Hawaii, shares their approach to hawaiian-style food: A family affair preparing and serving Ono (delicious) food with a fun vibe. They’re the powerhouse behind Laurelhurst Market, Simpatica Dining Hall, and Reverend’s BBQ.
