Early Thursday Entry passes are a perfect way to add an extra day to your Pickathon Weekend.

Each year, we open the festival for Thursday early entry so folks can get set up and settled in before the full-blown festivities kick off on Friday. Thursday early entry can be a great way to enjoy all the same food & beverage vendors as well all the facilities Pickathon has to offer. That, along with the convenience of setting up your weekend camp before the gates officially open Friday morning.

Arriving on Thursday is not just for convenience alone. We have a lot scheduled that evening as a special treat, including the annual Pickathon Square Dance with Caller Caroline Oakley. For 2019 it is with great pleasure to host Phil Lesh & The Terrapin Family Band, Caamp, Mountain Man, Makaya McCraven, Mike and the Moonpies, and others all on this very special first ‘early arrival for weekend attendees’ day of Pickathon. Thursday is always a great way to settle into the weekend ahead.

We are not able to sell Thursday tickets as a single day option so it is important to know that this pass is only available to weekend ticket holders.

It’s also important to know,  there are only a limited number of early entry tickets sold each year to keep a limited capacity on crowd sizes.
