Well, we’ve reached the home stretch… Next Tuesday, at 6 pm sharp, we’ll have the big hearing at Happy Valley City Hall. That night, we should know whether or not Pickathon will be moving forward this summer. Many of you will be there alongside us, showing your support, and we are so grateful for that.

We’ve lined up some speakers, and all of your efforts should get us across the finish line. We mentioned it last week, but just so everyone hears… LIMITED TICKETS WILL BE RELEASED ON FEB 29 AT 9 AM PST IF THE PERMIT PASSES.

If we can lock in this 10-year permit we have so many exciting things to begin sharing.

Rolling out Pickathon 2024 and celebration tickets are at the top of the list, but it’s much bigger than that. This permit also allows us to earnestly begin pursuing our dream of preserving Pendarvis Farm as a permanent cultural district in Happy Valley.

We’re sure you’re anxious for the good news too, so cross your fingers when you go to sleep this weekend! (And set your alarms so you don’t miss tickets).

Steve Drizos and Square Dancing Mondays at Showdown Saloon

Mondays are for dancing! Every Monday, we’ll have square dancing lessons followed by a real “hoedown at the Showdown”!
