Curation Neighborhood 2024 – Sneak Peek
Curation brings together artists and vinyl DJs from our world-class lineup with celebrated chefs from the Pacific Northwest for deeply curated experiences that fuse food, music, cocktails, and community. It’s more than a VIP festival ticket or a farm-to-table meal; it’s an exploration to find the creative core at the heart of food and music. Tickets are on sale now and are limited to 80 seats for each meal!
We asked the Curation Neighborhood team to dish out what culinary and musical delights they’re planning for August 1-4, 2024. Here’s what they said…
Beyond providing a cool, welcome respite under a canopy of trees, Curation aims to bring a refined culinary experience right back to the farm table. Each meal is thoughtfully paired with a local chef and musical artist(s). The design crew continues to collaborate with local farmer and designer Jen Rich of Rich Earth Designs. Her breathtaking tablescapes and lively stage decor, featuring vibrant flower creations, vie for center stage attention.
This year’s design team is creating cozy gathering spaces where you can enjoy a pre-meal cocktail. Imagine feeling as comfortable as you would on your grandma’s porch, but with the added bonus of picking the tunes and inviting your friends. Those choosing a dinnertime experience will witness a gradual transformation into a warmly lit woodland dance floor, making leaving the hardest part of the evening.

Pickathon Curation brings local chefs together with the best of Pickathon’s musical lineup for a beautifully orchestrated family-style dining event. Each year, we create a unique space under the tree canopy, blending an elegant, botanical aesthetic with the community-building aspects of Pickathon that we all love.
We welcome you to elevate your Pickathon experience with this exclusive, intimate culinary respite in the woods. Curated in collaboration with Rich Earth Designs
Jen Rich, the visionary behind Rich Earth Designs, has transformed her family’s land in St. Helens, Oregon, into a haven of biodiversity and beauty. Her farm, steeped in history and familial love, serves as the heart of the Curation Neighborhood. Each element is thoughtfully designed to enhance the festival experience. Her mission is “To connect you to the beauty and wonder of our natural world, to elevate your events, businesses, and homes, and to create floral experiences with sustainable, seasonal, locally grown flowers.”
Environmental Commitment
Pickathon’s commitment to the environment and celebration of natural beauty is central to this year’s Curation event space. The design team has gathered edible flowers, native plants, salvaged items, and organic materials to enhance the lush natural setting. Rich Earth Designs has curated unique centerpieces using botanicals grown and harvested from their local flower farm on Sauvie Island.
