Thursday June 25, 2026

Each morning at Pickathon begins with intention. Whether you are a seasoned yogi, a morning runner, or someone who just needs a moment of stillness before diving into the day’s music and magic, our 2026 Wellness Lineup offers something to support your body, spirit, and mind.

This year, our wellness home in the forest, The Refuge, is inspired by the theme Coming Home, an invitation to journey through Oregon’s bioregions while returning to the places, people, and feelings that ground us.

Morning Movement at Pickathon

Pickathon’s wellness programming is built to help you start your day grounded, connected, and inspired. With multiple offerings each morning, including yoga, Qi Gong, hikes, and runs, you’ll find a rhythm that aligns with your pace.

Yoga and Movement: Daily Sessions in the Barn and Courtyard

We are thrilled to welcome back Pamela Sery, a Pickathon mainstay whose Rise & Shine Vinyasa brings joyful energy and grounded wisdom to every practice. Joining her are returning instructors Karli Janine Erickson, whose breath-centered Deep Stretch struck a deep chord with attendees last year, and Danny Meza, who offers energizing Flow Yoga to awaken the body and refocus the mind.

This year we also welcome Rose Allen leading Qi Gong, the ancient healing art of moving energy through gentle movement, breath, and intention. A local Portlander, Rose helped carve out the very first campsites at Pendarvis Farm decades ago, so her roots here run deep. Rounding out the weekend is Jess Noble, a certified yoga teacher with a master’s in mindfulness studies who curates alignment-focused Vinyasa Flow sequences that help you find the balance between rigor and rest.

Fun Runs with Sam Evola

Looking to get your blood flowing early? Join Sam Evola on Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 AM for morning fun runs through the Farm’s winding paths and wooded areas. Meet at the Windmill Stage and connect with other runners who love to start the day with movement, sweat, and camaraderie. All paces welcome.

Forest Hikes with Brett Sherman

Prefer a slower pace and a deeper connection to nature? Join Brett Sherman for forest hikes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings at 8:00 AM, also meeting at the Windmill Stage. These peaceful walks are a chance to reflect, wake up your senses, and feel the grounding presence of Pendarvis Farm’s forested trails, with a gentle climb up into Scouters Mountain Nature Park. Bring a water bottle, sturdy shoes, and a curious spirit.

The Refuge: Coming Home

The Refuge returns in 2026 as a dedicated space for healing, reflection, and reconnection, with yourself, with nature, and with community. This year’s theme, Coming Home, invites you to journey through Oregon’s diverse bioregions while returning to what grounds you.

Inspired by laundry lines and prayer flags, flowing textiles are woven throughout the space, a gentle reminder that our presence in nature can be light, temporary, and still deeply meaningful. Enter from Quail Trail through a welcoming Willamette Valley farmstead, wander into the towering Mt. Hood forest Sanctuary, exhale in the High Desert, and follow the river to the Oregon Coast shower village. Through sound healing, plant meditation, nature weaving, mindful recovery, and more, we invite you to use this space to rest, heal, refresh, and come home to yourself.
