Bauman’s Cider is rooted in over a century of Oregon farming tradition. The Bauman family homesteaded their farm in 1895, when Great-Great-Grandmother Elizabeth Bauman and her sons Stephen and Leo settled the land. In the early 1900s, Stephen began making cider on the farm to share with family and friends—a legacy that lives on today. Bauman’s Cider blends modern cidermaking techniques with heritage methods, using fruit grown and harvested on their farm whenever possible. Each bottle reflects a deep commitment to craft, community, and the rich agricultural history of the Willamette Valley.
