Kachka has been a top a culinary destination in Portland for the past 10 years, and has grown to encompass much more. Today Kachka is a restaurant, deli, packaged dumplings, vodka brand, and a newly opened distillery and cocktail bar in Northeast Portland. The food and drink created and served by Kachka is inspired by the former Soviet Republics, interpreted through the ingredients grown in the Pacific Northwest. James Beard Award nominated Chef/Co-Owner Bonnie Morales and her team create dishes informed by her heritage as a first-generation daughter of Jewish immigrants from the former U.S.S.R. Kachka was named one of Eater’s “Essential” restaurants in America, and has been praised by Willamette Week, Portland Monthly, The Oregonian, New York Times, Bon Appetit and more. In 2022 Kachka eliminated tips and employed a new business model that ensures each employee earns a living wage, with profit sharing and opportunity for career advancement. Kachka is open for lunch and dinner daily.
Kachka will also be serving their newly released KACHKA VODKA, distilled at their Portland distillery, to accompany the dinner.
