Chef Daniel Green, formerly of Cafe Olli, is the chef at Bauman’s on Oak, a cidery and restaurant in Portland. He is known for his wood-fired pizzas, house-pickled and cured snacks, and other cider-friendly dishes. Daniel Green and Yakira Batres, formerly of Hiyu Wine Farm, collaborate on the food program at Bauman’s on Oak, which aims to offer an elevated cider and food experience.
