Lo Steele is a singer, songwriter, and award- winning actor from Portland, Oregon. Daughter of Portland’s “First Lady of the Blues”, LaRhonda Steele, Lo combines traditions of soul, gospel and blues with a modern R&B flair. She released her first full length-album in 2023 entitled “Happy Girl”, described in the Portland Mercury as a “cure-all for listeners aching to feel seen.” The magnetic songstress has shared stages with Dianne Reeves, Tank and the Bangas and more. Also an accomplished actor, Lo has performed in local Portland productions such as Hair, Tick… Tick… Boom!, Clyde’s, What I Learned in Paris and Passing Strange.
