Arrival Information
Gate Times for Weekend Ticket Holders with Early Thursday Entry:
If you’ve purchased a Weekend ticket that includes early Thursday entry, you can start your Pickathon adventure on Thursday, August 1st. The front gate will be open from 10 AM to 8 PM. This early entry allows you to settle in, set up your camping spot, and start enjoying the festival vibes before the main events begin.
Gate Times for Weekend or Single Day Ticket Holders:
For those who have Weekend or Single Day tickets, the arrival times are as follows:
- Friday, August 2nd: 9 AM – 11 PM
- Saturday, August 3rd: 9 AM – 11 PM
- Sunday, August 4th: 9 AM – 11 PM
Please plan your arrival within these hours to ensure a smooth check-in process. Our team will be ready to welcome you and help you get settled so you can dive right into the Pickathon experience.
Departure Information
For all weekend campers, please note that you must clear the property by 10:30 AM on Monday, August 5th. This ensures we have enough time to clean up and prepare the site for future events. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this departure time.
