OPTION 1: DRIVING & PARKING
For those bringing their own vehicle.
If you plan to drive, you must purchase a Weekend Parking Pass. This allows you to park in our Welcome Lot for the duration of the festival.
- Map Location:Click for Map: Welcome Lot (19208 SE Foster Rd)
- Note: Do not type “Pickathon” into GPS, or it will take you to the wrong gate. Use this specific address.
- In-and-Out Privileges: Yes, you can leave and return as often as you like! If you are commuting daily, just flash your Parking Pass each time you return.
- Carpooling: We highly encourage it! Space is limited, and it reduces our carbon footprint.
For Campers Only: The “Welcome Lot” Gear Shuttle We do not allow cars inside the festival grounds. If you are camping (see the Tent Camping Guide for packing rules), here is how you get your stuff in:
- Load In (Wed–Sat): Park in the Welcome Lot and load your heavy bags onto our fleet of Gear Shuttle Trucks. You then walk a short, beautiful trail into the festival and meet your gear at the “Gear Drop” station nearest your campsite.
- Load Out (Sun–Mon): The process reverses! Haul your gear back to the same “Gear Drop” station where you picked it up. Important: You must place your gear in the zone clearly labeled TO WELCOME LOT. If you put it in the wrong pile, it might end up at the wrong exit!
OPTION 2: RIDESHARE & DROP-OFFS
Uber, Lyft, Taxi, or getting dropped off by a friend.
We have a dedicated Drop-Off Zone designed to get you close to the action without needing a parking pass.
- Map Location:Click for Map: Drop-Off Zone (16581 SE Hagen Rd)
- Note: This is the “Farmhouse Neighborhood” Main Entrance.
- How to use it: Tell your driver to follow signs for “Pickathon Drop-Off.” Do not get out on the main road (Hagen Rd); it is unsafe.
For Campers Only: The “Farmhouse” Gear Shuttle Just like the main parking lot, we have a gear system here so you don’t have to carry your bags. (Check the Tent Camping Guide for what to bring).
- Load In (Wed–Sat): Drop your bags at the Farmhouse Gear Check. Walk into the festival, and meet your gear at the “Gear Drop” station nearest your campsite.
- Load Out (Sun–Mon): The process reverses! Haul your gear back to the same “Gear Drop” station. Important: You must place your gear in the zone clearly labeled TO FARMHOUSE / DROP-OFF. Do not put it in the “Welcome Lot” pile, or your gear will end up miles away from where you are standing!
OPTION 3: BIKING
The Eco-Friendly Choice.
Thousands of attendees bike to the farm from Portland. It is a scenic ride (mostly via the Springwater Corridor).
- Bike Corral: We have a secure, monitored bike parking area on-site.
- Gear Haul: We offer a specialized “Bike Gear Truck” that meets guided group rides in Portland to haul your heavy camping gear to the farm for you.
- Routes & Details: See the full Biking Guide for maps and group ride schedules.
OPTION 4: RV & VEHICLE CAMPING
Sleeping in your vehicle.
If you want to sleep inside your vehicle (RV, Van, or Car Camping), you cannot park in the Welcome Lot. You must purchase a specific Vehicle Camping Pass (Willow or South Camp).
- Entry: You will be directed to a specific gate based on your pass type.
- Rules: No generators allowed. No re-entry (once your RV is parked, it stays until Monday).
OPTION 5: PDX AIRPORT
Flying in?
Pickathon is very close to Portland International Airport (PDX).
- Transit: Take the MAX Red Line from PDX Airport to “Gateway Transit Center,” transfer to the Green Line, and get off at “Lents Town Center.” From there, hop on the Pickathon Shuttle (see below).
- Rideshare: An Uber/Lyft from PDX to the Farmhouse Neighborhood Drop-Off takes approximately 25 minutes.
OPTION 6: PUBLIC TRANSIT & AMTRAK (THE SHUTTLE)
The Green Line Connection.
We run a dedicated Pickathon Shuttle connecting the Lents Town Center / Foster Rd MAX Station (Green Line) directly to the festival gates.
- Map Location:Click for Map: Shuttle Pickup (The ZED / 5716 SE 92nd Ave)
- Note: The shuttle does NOT stop at the train platform. You must walk to the brewery parking lot (see below).
Arriving by Amtrak (Union Station)?
- It is easy! Walk out of Union Station to the nearby Union Station / NW 6th & Hoyt MAX stop. Hop on the Green Line (Direction: Clackamas Town Center) and ride it straight to the Lents Town Center stop.
Important Basics:
- Tickets: A Shuttle Pass must be purchased for each passenger over the age of 12.
- No Parking: The shuttle stop is for MAX/Transit riders only. There is NO PARKING available at the pickup site. Do not park at The ZED / Zoiglhaus or you risk being towed.
Shuttle Schedule (2026):
- Thursday (July 30) – Sunday (Aug 2): 8:00 AM – 2:00 AM
- Monday (Aug 3): 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Frequency: Shuttles run continuous loops approx. every 45–60 minutes.
Walking Directions to Shuttle (from MAX):
