Sera Cahoone relocated from Colorado to Seattle in 1998 and the Pacific Northwest has gotten to call her our own ever since. Did you know she holds the distinction of being one of the first people to play on the rooftop of the Space Needle? It goes without saying that her PNW cred is strong.

Last week, Uproxx premiered a new single, “Baker Lake”; In a few weeks, she plays the Old Church here in Portland (Friday, April 13); And the following week, she’ll self-release a new EP, The Flora String Sessions, (out April 20). A few months later, she joins us at Pickathon, performing Friday, Aug. 3 and Sunday, Aug. 5.
