In this episode of Curation, we explore the classic country stylings of Kelsey Waldon and Chef Carlo Lamagna’s innovative twist on traditional Filipino cuisine. For this brunch at Pickathon 2017, Chef Carlo created a Tosilog of pork belly over garlic fried rice with cornbread and guava butter.
The Curation Series is a collaboration with Travel Portland, Jason French, Chef and owner of Ned Ludd, and Kelly Cox, host of The Original Fare. Curation brings together two art forms- music and food- to create intimate, unforgettable dining experiences at Pickathon.
