We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities available- from helping with site set-up to recycling, or parking and gate monitoring to working on film crew. While most shifts take place during the festival, there are some opportunities to volunteer before and after the festival weekend as well.

You will receive a weekend pass (Fri-Sun with camping included, of course!) in exchange for 12-18 hours of your time.

PLUS, once again, Danner is offering a 40% discount to all Pickathon volunteers once you’re accepted to a crew! The discount code is valid at any retail store or online at Danner.com so you can easily treat yourself to some awesome new boots!

Here’s how it works:

1. Fill out the application with at least 2 crew preferences.
   *Returning volunteers will receive preference if applying to a crew they’ve worked with in previous years.
2. Submit the $30 application fee
   **We’ll hold your encrypted credit card info to charge the cost of a weekend ticket in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.

Please note: We are a small team processing the volunteer applications and it takes a bit of time (probably longer than you think). Hang tight, though, as you will hear from us when you’ve been accepted and scheduled into a crew.
