As we count down the days to Pickathon 2018, a bit of nostalgia comes over us as we reflect on the immense love and support received from all of you, our community! It’s incredible how many artists, festival goers, volunteers, vendors, press, & staff return to Pickathon year after year, to continue to make the magic happen!

O.k., so now a bit of horn blowing from us…

This week we were honored to be in the Vivid Seats/Consequence of Sound Top 100 Music Festival Lineups of All Time featuring the Pickathon lineup from 2013.  Raise your hand if you remember watching Fiest on the Woods Stage… A truly intimate treat and unforgettable performance. That was a good year, though, if honest, we couldn’t say it was our best.

Speaking of best, The Willamette Week Best of Portland Readers’ Poll 2018 named us 2018 Best Music Festival, coming in hot at 3rd place for Best Outdoor Music Venue. Travel Oregon recently placed Pickathon in their Top Things To Do In Oregon This Summer, we were named in USA Today’s 10 Best & according to the New Yorker, Pickathon, was dubbed ‘worth sweating for’. Alongside the announce of our Kid Lineup this week, Parent Map placed Pickathon at number 1 for top 5 Outdoor Summer Musical Festivals Perfect for Families, and HiFive Insider recognizes Pickathon in the Top 5 Best Independent Music Festivals – “a 20-year legacy that has families coming back year after year.”

Now, with all that said, it should be noted that we are genuinely pumped up for 2018! AND, we’re super proud (20 years!), and really-really-really looking forward this years best-weekend-of-the-year. Who’s ready? Let’s go!
