Pickathon design teams are hard at work right now planning out each of our Neighborhoods. Today, we have a nice sneak peek at The Orchard Neighborhood. Orchard is a destination, thoroughfare, quiet retreat, or beacon of energy, depending on the time of day. As the first neighborhood you encounter, Orchard serves as a Gateway to the Pickathon Experience at Pendarvis Farm. Orchard’s existing expanse of space allows you to travel through the neighborhood mostly uninterrupted, in any direction.

Here’s what the Orchard Design Team has in store!
”Our intent was to create special moments in the midst of wayfinding. The idea of ‘wormhole’ began as a way to create more intimate space between Galaxy Barn and the Appletree Orchard. Throughout the day, Wormhole‘s form provides shading for visitors walking through the sun, or enjoying spaces around the structure. By night, the shading elements activate as a lighting display that energizes the neighboring DJ & dance space, and cocktail bar.”
