13th Moon is a collective of musicians, sound artists, and healers based in Portland and the Bay Area. They offer immersive sound baths—experiences designed to help you relax as you’re enveloped in soothing, harmonizing vibrations from instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, flutes, chimes, and tuning forks.

Their work weaves together diverse cultural and musical influences. Yaara Perczek incorporates layered vocal loops inspired by her Colombian and Jewish heritage. Naike Swai draws from the rich rhythmic patterns of their Tanzanian roots and studies in sound healing and classical Indian flute. Monica Metzler uses a 30” gong and friction mallets to create a layered other-wordly sonic foundation, informed by her Korean heritage with matrilineal shamanic traditions.

Together, these natural harmonic frequencies support nervous system regulation and invite expanded states of awareness and connection.
