Becca Low

Becca began practicing yoga when she first moved to Portland in 2013. She immediately fell in love with the physical practice, but it wasn’t until her first yoga retreat in 2016 where she fell in love with the spiritual practice as well. In 2018 She completed her 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training with Portland’s own YoYo Yogi. Soon after, she began leading individual and small group classes within a corporate setting. In 2019, Becca traveled to Medellin, Colombia for a month-long internship teaching vinyasa style yoga in English while receiving credits to teach yoga in Spanish. As the pandemic set in, Becca found solace in the quiet discipline offered by the Ashtanga Primary series, and when the world opened back up, she made her way to Mysore, India for a 200 Hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training (2022). She has continued teaching Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, and Ashtanga in both private and corporate settings, and regularly volunteers as a teacher for a 12 step recovery group. She embodies a style that emphasizes form and discipline while also encouraging playfulness and creativity.

In addition to teaching yoga, Becca is a qualified Health and Wellness Coach currently pursuing her Master’s in Integrative Health Studies with the California Institute of Integral Studies. Becca believes in the empowerment of every individual to find a personal path of health and wellness, and is passionate about guiding people along in that journey in a way that is compassionate, supportive, and engaging.
