DJ Lofi

DJ Lofi is a Portland, Oregon–based DJ, guitarist in the band Lowfires, and record collector with roots in Detroit. His taste leans toward the fringes—outsider folk, basement punk, private press oddities, and records that feel a little haunted. He hosts The Search for Skip James on Shady Pines Radio, spinning vinyl-only sets that pull threads between past and present without sanding off the rough edges. Touchstones include Michael Hurley and hometown heroes Dead Moon. Around Portland, he plays sets at The Radio Room, The Keys, and Dream House—loose, left-of-center nights built for curious listeners.
