Impact Sound is a DJ crew based in the Portland, consisting of DuMp-TrUcK, Yoni, Hep Greg, and Cory, specializing in reggae, ska, and rocksteady. Their sets are delivered on a custom 20,000-watt sound system and feature exclusively vintage vinyl pressings, channeling authentic Jamaican soundsystem culture with deep, carefully curated selections. Drawing influence from Studio One, Trojan Records, and classic dub traditions, they blend heavyweight bass with the warm sounds of vintage Jamaica. The crew plays curated nights across Portland venues and hosts Impact Sound! every Saturday on X-Ray FM.
