Jamie has been teaching yoga for over 20 years.
She brings a whole lot of experience but also fun (and big energy) wherever she goes. Her
students would tell you that her classes are challenging, but supportive – she’s equal parts coach
and cheerleader. She meets people wherever they are on the mat with motivation
(and core work) and keeps her sequences fresh and full of surprises, pushing you to explore new
territory and rise to new levels of endurance.
