Joshua Limanjaya is a Portland-based DJ, producer, and founder of the TOKO TAPE label. As a first-generation Indonesian immigrant who grew up on hip-hop and gospel music, Limanjaya enjoys curating sets that bridge the gaps between cultures, genres, and time periods. Whether in the lounge or on the dance floor, he loves exploring all the ways music can travel, change, and evolve. Lately, Joshua has been diving deep into house, hip-hop 12” records, neo-soul, jazz, and various styles of Southeast Asian music. He recently played a set at Landdd for Silicon Radio, has an upcoming club set at Process, and often collaborates with local businesses and other DJs to host pop-ups around town (including recent sets at Tomo Bouldering Club, Slow Haste Coffee, and the Löyly Sauna).
