Mindful Recovery Support Group:
In the midst of the festival, take a break to recharge and connect with yourself in our trauma-informed, peer-led recovery space. This session is built around mindfulness and non-theistic principles, creating a space for reflection and shared experience around addictions of all kinds.
Each gathering includes a 20-minute guided meditation followed by a reading and open sharing, where participants can reflect on their personal journeys through addiction and recovery. This is a place to be heard, share, and gain insights from others walking similar paths.
