Mindful Recovery Support Group

In the midst of the festival, take a break to recharge and connect with yourself in our trauma-informed, peer-led recovery space. This session is built around mindfulness and non-theistic principles, creating a space for reflection and shared experience around addictions of all kinds.

The morning gathering includes a 20-minute guided meditation followed by a reading and open sharing. Our late evening gathering, is for building community, sharing experiences and alternative mindfulness practices built around creativity.

In both groups participants can reflect on their personal journeys through addiction and their recovery processes. This is a place to be heard, share, and gain insights from others walking similar paths.

Whether you’re sober, sober-curious, or just looking for a new perspective on your recovery, you’re invited to join us.
