We make home style plant-based Japanese comfort food (sorry, no ramen or sushi). Almost everything is made from scratch from the best ingredients we can find. We started out as vendors at farmers’ markets & have maintained our relationships with some of the most premier farms. Because of this, we’ve got our fingers on the pulse of the finest local produce during all seasons. If we can’t source an item locally, our fall-back is USDA organic. Because we make sure our sources are up to spec, the finished products always come out delectable.
