Serving Portland tasty all vegan Japanese cuisine for 6 years now, Obon uses as much farm-fresh ingredients as humanly possible, falling back on organic national brands when necessary. Everything is made in-house including noodles, bread & various pickles & misos. Even the rice is sprouted on site, so it takes three days to make single pot.
