Zsuzsanna Mangu (she/her) is a yoga teacher, yoga therapist-in-training, and chocolate maker. She was introduced to cacao through Xochitl (Sandee) Cano and has been inspired by cacao’s ability to support mindfulness, connection, and embodied awareness. Since 2020, she has been crafting small-batch chocolate using ethically sourced cacao and exploring the traditions, stories, and sensory experience of this remarkable plant.
Zsuzsanna has practiced yoga for over 18 years and has studied with teachers including Suniti Dernovsek, Sarahjoy Marsh, and Allegra Chabay. Her work integrates yoga, mindfulness, neuroscience, and somatic awareness, creating spaces that invite presence, curiosity, and meaningful connection. She is honored to share cacao as part of a guided meditation experience that encourages participants to slow down, engage their senses, and connect more deeply with themselves and their community.
