Vendor Application – Pickathon 2026

2026 Vendor Applications Are Now Open!

Calling all food vendors, makers, and creative businesses—your opportunity to join us on the farm is here.

Pickathon isn’t your average festival. It’s a vibrant, collaborative community where music lovers and supporters of small businesses come together. Our attendees value handcrafted quality, thoughtful design, and one-of-a-kind experiences, making this the ideal platform to showcase your work, connect with thousands of people, and grow your brand.

Each summer, Pendarvis Farm transforms into a living village of flavor, craft, and discovery. From artisanal food to handmade goods and sustainable products, we’re curating a diverse mix of vendors to create an unforgettable experience in the woods.

Applications are open now through May 1.
Acceptance and waitlist notifications will be sent by May 15.

Please note: submitting an application does not guarantee participation. All decisions are based solely on the information provided in your application, so be sure to complete it fully. This application is hosted via Google Forms and will submit upon completion—no follow-up is needed to confirm receipt. If additional information is required, our team will reach out directly.

If you have questions while completing your application, contact us at vending@pickathon.com.

Festival Dates & Schedule

Pickathon 2026 runs Thursday, July 30 through Monday, August 3 at noon, with early entry beginning Wednesday, July 29 at 4 PM. Vendors in the Galaxy Barn (food truck zone) are required to be open for early entry. Optional breakfast service is available Monday morning.

We’re excited to build on last year’s momentum and continue shaping a vendor experience that feels as intentional and inspiring as the festival itself.
