Part woodland pub, part nostalgic hideaway — the Orchard Lounge is a cozy speakeasy tucked in the trees, featuring booth seating, classic tavern vibes, and memorabilia handpicked from 25 years of Pickathon history. Grab a drink, take a seat, and soak it all in.
The Orchard Lounge celebrates Pickathon’s roots with a curated selection of hand-picked memorabilia from over the last 25 years. The lounge is a display gallery for vintage festival posters, photographs, art, and tributes to performing artists. As guests enter the festival for the first time, they walk through a corridor of exhibits showcasing Pickathon’s legacy.
The Orchard Lounge is like a deconstructed tavern: A series of outdoor rooms, framed by L-shaped walls and benches, amid the trees. String lights provide a classic pub ambiance. Booth seating and tables give guests a place to sit, take a break between shows, and enjoy food and beverages from nearby vendors. The Orchard Lounge booths are modular and can be configured in a variety of forms. They are made from a combination of dimensional lumber and recycled materials. They are designed to be sturdy, safe, comfortable and reusable. Schematic renderings by R&H Construction.
