Choose Your Pickathon Adventure

Stop paying the "Comfort Tax." At Pickathon, we believe real amenities shouldn't be a VIP upgrade. We build a Temporary City of Imagination where every Weekend Ticket holder is a first-class citizen.

  • 🌲 Architecture as Experience: Sculptural stages designed by world-class architects.

  • 🛋️ Endless Comfort: Integrated lounges and shaded "chill zones" in every neighborhood.

  • 🚫 No "Golden Circles": Front-of-stage access is open to everyone.

  • 🍽️ Distributed Culinary: Curated local chefs and craft drinks in every neighborhood.

  • 🧘 Refuge Wellness: A forest sanctuary for Massage, Acupuncture, Meditation, and Showers.

  • Woods Camping: Shaded forest camping is included with every Weekend Pass.

  • 🌍 A Ticket with Purpose: We partner with Creative Neighborhoods to transform our festival into a hands-on classroom—building a Lasting Legacy by upcycling our materials back into the community.

  • 💧 The Essentials: Free filtered water in every neighborhood and secure cell charging (for a fee).

1. Weekend Admission Passes

  • Four-Day Pass (Thu–Sun): The Complete Arc. Our flagship experience. Witness the full evolution of the festival from the first note Thursday to the final farewell Sunday night.

  • Three-Day Pass (Fri–Sun): The Classic Weekend. Perfect for those who need a Friday-after-work escape into the trees.

  • Teen Pass (13–17): Future Citizens. We offer a 50% discount for teens to ensure the next generation of music lovers can join the family. (Adult accompaniment required).

  • Kids 12 & Under: Always Free. No ticket required.

2. Early Arrival Add-Ons

Wednesday is the New Thursday. To ensure our community is settled and ready for a full day of music on Thursday, we have moved Early Entry to Wednesday at 5:00 PM.

  • Wednesday Early Arrival Ticket: Arrive a day early to claim your favorite forest campsite. Enjoy a quiet "test the magic" preview of the farm’s lights and soundscapes. (Requires a 4-Day Pass).

  • 3-to-4 Day Upgrade: If you bought a 3-Day Pass but want to join us for the Thursday kickoff (or add Wednesday entry), use this upgrade.

3. The Patron Pass (All-Access)

Don't just watch the festival—join the inner circle. Standard "VIP" usually means separation; the Patron Pass means connection. This is for those who want to support the festival’s mission while enjoying the ultimate backstage experience.

  • Artist Village Access: Complimentary catering and beverages shared with the artists and crew.

  • The Inside Track: Access to backstage hospitality at every stage and entry to exclusive "pop-up" performances.

  • Ultimate Ease: Includes Wednesday Early Arrival and a dedicated Express Concierge for check-in.

4. A Ticket With Purpose

Creative Neighborhoods + Pickathon. A portion of every ticket goes toward our partnership with Creative Neighborhoods. We aren't just building stages; we are building a pre-apprenticeship classroom where students learn the trades of the future while constructing our temporary city.

The Perfect Slice of Summer

Stop paying the "Comfort Tax." Even if you are only joining us for one day, you shouldn't have to buy an upgrade just to feel human. At most festivals, a "Single Day" ticket means fighting for shade in a dusty field. At Pickathon, we believe every guest is a first-class citizen.

  • 🚫 No "Golden Circles": Front-of-stage access is open to everyone.

  • 🛋️ VIP-Level Comfort: Access to all Neighborhood lounges and architectural shade structures.

  • 🍽️ Distributed Culinary: Curated local chefs and craft drinks in every neighborhood.

  • 🧘 Refuge Wellness: Access to our forest sanctuary for Massage, Acupuncture, and Meditation.

  • 🌍 A Ticket with Purpose: Your attendance supports our Creative Neighborhoods partnership—upcycling festival materials into tiny homes for veterans and community projects.

  • 🦊 For the Kids: A full wilderness summer camp (Coyote) with professional workshops.

  • 🚿 The Essentials: Access to showers and free filtered water in every neighborhood.

  • ⚠️ Note: Day Tickets do not include camping. The site closes to day visitors at 2:00 AM.

Vehicle Camping Upgrades (Weekend Ticket Holders Only) Welcome to the new era of Pickathon camping. We have moved all vehicle camping to lush, grassy zones designed to be a true retreat from the festival energy. No more dust bowls—just paradise on the grass.

The Locations:

  • Willow Camp (The Scenic Retreat): A pastoral haven featuring a mix of open grassy meadows and shade trees, bounded by the flowing creek to the east. It sits directly on the festival walking path (a beautiful 10-minute nature stroll to the gates) and is also served by a free, continuous shuttle.
  • South Camp (The Inner Circle): The ultimate convenience. A premium, flat grassy field ringed by trees, located directly across the street from the main entrance. It’s the "zero commute" option for those who want to be steps away from the action.

Vehicle Sizing & Power Rules:

  • Car Camping: Up to 16ft long x 18ft wide. (Choose Willow for space or South for speed).
  • Camper Vans: 16ft–26ft long. South Camp includes power; Willow Camp requires a Power Add-On.
  • RVs: 26ft–36ft long. South Camp includes power; Willow Camp requires a Power Add-On.

Note: There are no water or waste hookups. Personal generators are strictly prohibited.
