The moment you’ve been waiting for is almost here! You've packed the car, curated your playlists for the drive, and are dreaming of the music ahead. As you make your way to the festival, your first official stop and the gateway to your Pickathon weekend is our Welcome Lot. We've designed it to be your seamless entry point, and here’s everything you need to know to make your arrival a breeze.

Your First Stop for All Cars, Motorcycles, & RVs

Whether you’re joining us for the whole weekend or just a day, if you are arriving in a personal vehicle (that includes cars, motorcycles, and oversized vehicles), the Welcome Lot is your destination. This is where we’ll get you checked in, parked, and on your way to the heart of the festival.

Easy, In-Your-Car Check-In

We know you’re eager to get to the music, so we’ve made the check-in process as smooth as possible. Just pull up, and you can relax in your car while our friendly staff gets you all sorted out. There's no need to get out and wait in line—your festival experience starts with a smile from your car window.

Tent Campers, We’ve Got You Covered

Hauling gear can be a hassle, so we're here to help. For all you tent campers, the Welcome Lot features a fully staffed gear drop location. Our Camp Hosts will be on hand to help you unload your camping equipment before you even park your car. Just drop it with us, and we'll help you get it where it needs to go.

Park, and Choose Your Path to the Party

Once you’re checked in, you’ll be directed to your parking spot. Remember that parking is first-come, first-served, so if you’re planning to create a compound with your crew, make sure you have the same type of parking pass and arrive together! After you've parked, you get to choose the final leg of your journey to the main grounds. It’s a "choose your own adventure" to the festival core:

• The Scenic Route: For those ready to stretch their legs, enjoy a beautiful, .75-mile scenic path that you can walk or bike. It’s a great way to decompress from your drive and take in the scenery.
• The Quick Ride: If you want to get straight to the action, hop on one of our festival buses for a quick and easy ride directly to the main entrance.
