Whether you’re a first-timer or a seasoned festival-goer, this guide will help you navigate everything from tickets and camping to schedules and must-see performances. Onsite Update: Day 13 at Pendarvis Farm

Our team has been onsite for nearly two weeks, and the preparations are in full swing. With just 3 days to go, everything is coming together beautifully. From stage setups to art installations, our dedicated crew is working tirelessly to ensure an incredible festival experience. Check out the latest behind-the-scenes update—spoiler alert, it’s all looking fantastic!

Tickets and Pricing

It’s highly recommended to purchase tickets ahead of time, as they can sell out.

Pickathon Weekend Ticket: This ticket gets you into the festival for the entire weekend, from Friday, August 2nd to Monday, August 5th morning. It includes:

  • Entry for one adult (18+)
  • Camping: One spot to pitch your tent.
  • Access to all festival areas, including stages, food, drinks, relax zones, activities, and more.

Price: $425

Early Thursday Entry:

  • Price: $95
  • Details: Want to get the party started a day early? Pick up an Early Entry Thursday Ticket to access Pickathon on Thursday, August 1st. Note: Requires a Weekend Ticket.

Single Day Tickets:

  • Friday Day Pass: $205
  • Saturday Day Pass: $225
  • Sunday Day Pass: $205
  • Details: Access to all performances and activities on your chosen day.

VIP Experience – Pickathon Patron Pass:

  • Benefits: all the benefits of a Weekend Ticket, plus: early entry on Thursday, express check-in, reserved VIP parking, on-site concierge, backstage access at every stage, free food and drinks all weekend, access to exclusive events and secret performances. It’s the ultimate way to experience Pickathon!

Curation Chef + Artist Series: A separately ticketed experience for any weekend or specific day ticket holder that pairs some of the best chefs in Portland with festival artists, vinyl DJs, and mixologists. Each Curation chef is hand-picked from Portland’s world-renowned culinary scene, and they’re paired with festival artists in usual combinations.

  • Details: Unwind in a hidden forest oasis at Pickathon’s Curation! This exclusive, intimate 1.5-hour experience elevates your festival with multi-course meals and captivating performances nestled under the enchanting canopy.

Transportation and Parking

Festival Bus: Pickathon offers a free festival bus service from various locations. Ride the TriMet Max Lightrail to the festival stop, then take the Pickathon shuttle (unlimited rides). Shuttle passes are required for anyone over 12.

Driving and Parking: If you’re driving, plan your route in advance and consider carpooling. Parking passes are required and can be purchased separately.

Bicycle Pass: Park your bike for free inside the festival grounds. Guided rides from Portland, bike maps, and secure bike racks are available.

Accommodation

Camping Options:

  • Free Tent Camping: Available for Weekend Ticket holders.
  • Vehicle Camping: Car, van, and RV camping options with varying amenities.

What to Bring

  • Festival Tickets: Don’t forget your tickets, they are available until sold out!
  • ID: Required for entry and purchasing alcohol.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Dress for the heat during the day and cooler temperatures at night.
  • Sunscreen and Hat: Protect yourself from the sun.
