Fitts Seafoods has been in business in Salem, Oregon since 1901. We bring the Pacific Northwest’s freshest and best seafoods to our customers. In 2024, we made Fitts mobile, vending the PNW’s freshest and best fish and chips and other seafood offerings at events throughout the PNW. We are excited to be back at major events for the 2025 summer season!

Our seafood offerings are sustainably sourced and prepared small batch/made to order, ensuring that what ends up on your Pickathon plate is fresh, hot and delicious!
