Yoga & Movement
Curated by Jeanna Collet, Yoga and Movement at Pickathon is a highlight, providing an opportunity to wake up with purpose, stretch out those dancing limbs and recalibrate yourself after a grand night of music. Both the Lucky Barn and Galaxy Barn Courtyard host several morning yoga sessions throughout the festival, ranging from Deep Stretch, Hatha, Core Flow and Mindful Movement with Poetry, ensuring there’s something for everyone. Add a yoga mat to your camping pack list.
Explore with Movement
Pendarvis Farm has provided sanctuary to the trees, ferns, and wildlife within the festival grounds for decades. Take advantage of this well kept landscape and treat yourself to a guided morning stroll, run, or guided hike. Join us at the Windmill Neighborhood, runners gather at 7:30 am, hikers gather at 8 am.
Nature & Fresh Air
It’s Happy Valley, after all, and we’re committed to putting the “happy” in Happy Valley. The serene environment of Pendarvis Farm, with its lush landscapes and fresh air, is an essential component of our wellness offerings. Refuge Neighborhood: A Zen Oasis
Curated by Libby Brown and Lindsay Love, the Refuge Neighborhood is a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Nestled in the shade of the forest, this wellness hub features pillow-laden resting areas and offers six daily activations with nearly a dozen collaborators and practitioners.
Experience foot rubs, showers, and comfortable breastfeeding nooks. This year’s theme, “A Thousand Paper Cranes for Peace and Prosperity,” features origami wishes, pre-made cranes, and a wishing wall with 2,000 cranes.
This tranquil forest retreat offers massages, sound therapy, and spaces to decompress and re-center. Adorned with florals, aromatic plants, and botanical weaving walls, it provides a sensory delight that calms the mind and soul. The area also includes reading nooks, a rustic lending library, and a performance stage for intimate, relaxing sessions.
Meditation, Sound Baths & Sound Healing
Find your inner peace with guided meditation sessions and immersive sound baths, perfect for calming the mind and grounding yourself amidst the festival’s energy. Surrender to a soothing sound journey where harmonic frequencies will help you relax, heal, and transcend the ordinary.
Showers, Cold Plunge & Massage
Showers and massage in the Refuge Neighborhood are brought to you by Libby Brown and Lindsay Love. The public can receive paid massages from some of the best masseurs and masseuses in the Northwest, open from 8am to 8pm. Bringing the river to Pickathon, enjoy the trendy and healing benefits of cold plunges. Treat your mind and body with care and attention while being immersed in a forest bathing of the Refuge Neighborhood.
Foot Rubs by Knot Springs
We’re thrilled to announce the return of Knot Springs, bringing wellness back to Pickathon after a brief hiatus last year. Enjoy relaxing foot massages with a view of the Windmill Stage. Attendees can reserve times on-site or online. Knot Springs will offer foot rubs from noon to 4 PM on Thursday and full service from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday through Sunday. Secure your spot on-site or via our upcoming online link.
Alongside the foot rubs, Knot Springs products will be available in the Refuge Neighborhood for attendees to enjoy enhancing showers, yoga, and other experiences.

Comfort & Good Vibrations
Enjoy a pillow-laden, billowy dreamy escape with a Family Feeding Nest, a comfortable and private space for nursing mothers, ensuring they have a peaceful area to care for their little ones. Embrace the positive energy and good vibrations at Pickathon, where every moment is designed to uplift and inspire.
Scheduled Sessions
Harmonize your mind, body, and soul with classes designed to help you feel good at Pickathon. Immerse yourself in holistic wellness with massages, showers, saunas, cold plunges, thermo therapy, and ceremonial tea hours by Smith Tea. Engage in horticulture therapies, DIY workshops, and sobriety meetings with Dharma, including indigenous trauma recovery sessions. Enjoy nature weaving, tarot readings, sound baths, energy and stretch classes, art workshops, and cold plunges. Jenna will offer free tarot readings for three hours each day, providing insights and guidance.
Please note that Knot Springs is not located in the Refuge Neighborhood. Ensure you’re in the right place for your desired activities, as wellness offerings are spread throughout the festival. Stay blissed out and enjoy the holistic experiences Pickathon has to offer!
Sanctuary Space
Returning for the third year, the Sanctuary will be decorated with flowing fabrics and giant mobiles, incorporating elements from the community. Experience the machine wall for photo tags and the weaving wall for interactive art. The Sanctuary will also feature sound baths with Melody and Bex, enhancing your wellness journey.
Wishing Wall & Botanical Weaving
The popular wishing wall will return, allowing you to set intentions or notes of goodwill to the universe. Last year saw close to a thousand entries! Engage in hands-on botanical weaving throughout the space.

Readings offer insights into how to best navigate to your best life from the highest self. Jenna’s style comes with warm humor, compassionate sensitivity, and a direction toward positive potentials. Bex Nicholes & Melody Christensen, Sound Bath
Let us take you on a sound healing with a unique blend of crystal singing bowls and violin. Melody Grace is an experienced reiki master energy healer harnessing the universal life energy with crystal singing bowls. Bex Beloved is a multi-genre violinist who uses soaring bow strokes and gentle plucks to create a unique meditative soundscape. Together they create Liminal Glow. Sound healing works by using specific sound frequencies to stimulate the body’s natural healing mechanisms. When we are exposed to sound, our brain waves entrain to the frequency of the sound, which can promote relaxation, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote physical healing.
Deb O’Connor, Energy/stretch class
Come and join our Energy Stretch class to open your mind, body, and soul. We’ll use a combination of stretches both small and large, breathwork, energy boosting movements, and acupressure to balance energetic flow, open the body, and create space in your being for joy and vitality. It’s a perfect way to bring all of YOU present to not only make you feel wonderful, but also enhance your experience at Pickathon!

Let’s gather, nature weave and create community together. You’re invited to create your very own nature weaving to take home and remember Pickathon all year long. Have fun designing these pieces with found wood, biodegradable twine, and found flowers and leaves. Everyone’s an artist and welcome to join us!
