Clarity (style) Breathwork is a safe, gentle, circular breathing technique that releases stress from the cells of the body and brings you home to your heart, among many other extraordinary benefits. When we start to breathe fully and consciously, we are easily able to release what we have been holding and open to an incredible expansion of consciousness, including greater forgiveness and self-love.
Group breathwork sessions may incorporate some group sharing, meditations, playful activities, and movement, but the main event is the breath. Plan on breathwork for about 50 minutes, usually in a lying down position, supported by music and trained facilitators to help support any emotions/experiences that may be coming up for you.
